Can I get samples of your products?
Yes! In fact, we encourage it! We want you to be confident that you are getting the right item(s) for your brand. Samples aid in the decision-making; it allows you and your team, to see and feel the product in person. Chat us or call to inquire about getting a sample.
I am interested in a product that is not on your website, could it be made available?
Yes – we have the resources to help find what you are looking for! If you don’t see something on the website then contact us, and we will be glad to help you.
How do I send you artwork?
It’s easy! All you have to do is upload your art file(s) when prompted while placing your order (there is a comments section for specific instructions). You can also email our skilled artists at art@swagenvy.com. Our art professionals will make any necessary changes and send it back to you in a proof for your approval.
Will I see a proof before my item goes into production?
Yes! Once our artists receives your artwork, they will clean it up and refine it if need be. You will then receive a proof of what your artwork will look like on the product. Once we hear from you with your approval, we will move forward with your order.
How long will it take for me to receive my order?
On average 8-10 business days once we receive art approval. Certain products may take longer. For a more accurate estimate, feel free to email or chat us 48 hours after your order is placed.

How do I pay for an order?
We accept all major credit cards; and you can open an account with us after submitting (for approval) either a formal purchase order or a credit history statement.
Can I order quantities larger or smaller than those specified on the website?
Yes you can! Many items are available at lower quantities than advertised, at a small fee. In most cases, larger quantities than advertised can be discounted further than the amount shown on the website. Please inquire within for specific details.
If I reorder an item, can I save the set up costs?
Yes! Most of our vendors keep artwork on file for at least 2 years – so a reorder of the same product with the same exact artwork will have a waived or discounted set-up fee! Just be sure to mention the previous order!
What if I don’t have artwork to submit?
That is okay! Our creative and enthusiastic team of artists can draft up artwork for you, or touch up any artwork provided. This is a service we offer for FREE!
